Data collected and purposes

Contact form: name, email address, phone number, subject and message. This data is only used to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commission, an exhibition or a collaboration.

Browsing: as with any website, the host may record technical logs (IP address, date, page visited), needed for the site to work and stay secure.

No data is ever sold, shared or used for advertising.

Legal basis

Contact form: your consent, given by ticking the box provided, and, where relevant, discussions prior to a commission.

Technical logs: the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working properly.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics): your consent, given through the dedicated banner.

Retention period

Messages received through the form: three years from our last exchange, after which they are deleted.

Technical logs: as set by the host.

Audience measurement: Google Analytics cookies kept for up to 13 months in your browser, data kept for up to 14 months in Google Analytics. Your choice (consent or refusal) is kept for 6 months, then asked again.

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for LC2H only.

Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) sends the contact form messages, acting as a processor. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus) hosts the site.

Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics, only if you accept it. Data may be transferred to the United States; this transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Behold (behold.so) displays the preview of my latest Instagram posts: your browser connects to its servers, which receive your IP address. Links to Instagram send nothing until you click them.

Cookies and local storage

Audience measurement: only with your consent, I use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited (page views, visit length, device type, referrer). Its cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set after you click “Accept” in the banner.

You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you refuse, no measurement cookie is set and the site works normally.

This site sets no advertising cookies.

Your light or dark mode choice and your cookie choice are stored in your browser (local storage). They are never sent anywhere and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS: contact form data is encrypted in transit.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise them, write to me through the contact form. I reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
